Charlotte Vision Impaired Kids Touch the Circus A young boy meets an elephant. Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus has a special event called the Touch Tour. Visually impaired students from the area get the chance to meet clowns and performers, try on costumes, check out the props and even touch the animals. Ringling Brothers partnered with Metrolina Association for the Blind to bring Charlotte area kids to the big top for this special pre-show tour.
