Security and confidentiality are critical when handling private customer information. With over 22 years of transcription experience, Metrolina Association for the Blind's ABS group has developed secure and efficient state-of-the-art capabilities and maintains the highest of quality standards. Extensive electronic and physical security measures have been established to ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer data. We meet the strictest security requirements and rigorous inspections of the some of the largest banks in the U.S. Additionally, we are in the process of seeking PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance certification.
Turn-Around Time
Depending upon how your statements or documents are delivered to us and the complexity of the data, we can normally provide a 24-72 hour Turn-Around -Time (TAT). Because we measure our TAT performance, we can submit to you performance reports at various intervals. TAT measurement begins when your data is received by us and ends at the point that it is mailed from our facility.
